About the role

Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Operation Executive to join our dynamic team based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail stores, contributing to the overall success of our Retail & Consumer Products business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned retail stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  2. Monitoring and analysing store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
  3. Coordinating and supervising store staff, providing guidance, training and support to maintain high levels of customer service
  4. Liaising with various departments to address store-related issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
  5. Conducting regular store audits and inspections to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
  6. Assisting with inventory management, stock replenishment and loss prevention initiatives
  7. Collaborating with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events at the store level

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail operations or store management role, preferably within the consumer electronics or home appliances industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and apply insights to drive operational efficiency
  5. Familiarity with retail industry best practices, inventory management, and visual merchandising techniques
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams
  7. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
