Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of production workers to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure that production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met consistently.
  • Monitor the production process, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure product standards are maintained.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the setup and operation of machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including quantities, quality metrics, and downtime reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, logistics) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in problem-solving activities.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) is required for business communication.
Salary Range: MYR 5,500 - 8,500
