Job Description:

  1. Member Servicing & Communication

  2. Act as the primary point of contact for members via phone, email, and in person.

  3. Handle and resolve member inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Provide accurate information on membership entitlements, usage policies, and payments.

  5. Liaise with affiliate hotel and resort partners on behalf of members for reservation inquiries, booking confirmations, and special requests.

  6. Administration

  7. Maintain and update member data and records in the membership system accurately.

  8. Process membership applications, transfers, and cancellations in compliance with company procedures.

  9. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of member information.

  10. Financial & Operational Support

  11. Assist in monitoring memberships, booking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

  12. Coordinate with Finance and other departments for reconciliations or fund usage approvals.
  13. Negotiate and review contract rates with affiliate hotels to secure the best possible pricing for members and maintain an updated record of hotel contracts, rates, and partnership agreements.
  14. Participate and proactively recommend initiatives to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
  15. Support the preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years or experience in customer service, membership or account management, or administrative roles. Experience in Hospitality is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
