CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

  • Plan supervise and monitor site construction activities to ensure timely progress and compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors to resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings specifications and technical documents to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet required standards.
  • Monitor and verify work progress prepare progress reports and support scheduling updates.
  • Handle site technical queries and provide timely feedback or solutions to issues arising during construction.
  • Assist in testing and commissioning of systems such as electrical HVAC fire protection and BMS.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including site diaries, RFI (Request for Information) method statements and risk assessments.
  • Ensure all works are carried out based on the established method statement

Requirement

  • Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience construction
  • Data center construction experience is a plus.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Willing to be stationed at Iskandar Puteri, Johor
