Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR candidate to lead the Human Resources Department. This role includes overseeing recruitment, employee training, performance management, compensation & benefits, and providing overall HR support.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition 招聘
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the hiring process.
管理从招聘到入职的全过程,包括创建职位描述、寻找候选人、安排面试,并协助招聘过程。Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment of qualified candidates.
筛选简历并与招聘经理协调面试,确保及时招聘到合适的候选人。Employee Onboarding and Offboarding 员工入职与离职管理
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing contracts, arranging orientation, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
监督新员工的入职流程,包括准备合同、安排入职培训,并确保员工顺利融入公司。Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, processing resignations, and ensuring all documentation is completed as per company policies.
管理离职流程,包括进行离职面谈、处理辞职手续,并确保按照公司政策完成所有相关文档。HR Documentation, Statutory Submissions and Compliance 人力资源文件管理与法定申报
Maintain and manage employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, training certifications, and other HR-related documentation.
维护和管理员工记录,包括合同、绩效评估、培训证书和其他人力资源相关文件。- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Employment Act, keeping up-to-date with any changes in regulations.
确保遵守当地劳工法,并及时了解相关法规的变化。 - Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to all employees.
监督薪资处理,确保按时准确支付员工工资。 - Handle all statutory submissions to government agencies, including EPF, SOCSO, LHDN (Income Tax), HRDC, and handle visa applications and renewals for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and company procedures.
处理所有法定申报事务,包括EPF(员工公积金)、SOCSO(社会保险)、LHDN(税务局)、HRDC(人力资源发展委员会),并处理外国员工的签证申请和续签,确保遵守移民法和公司程序。 Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory reports and payments in compliance with local regulations.

Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems, including setting objectives, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback.
协助制定和实施绩效管理系统,包括设定目标、进行绩效评估并提供反馈。Support management in identifying skill gaps and performance improvement plans for employees.
支持管理层识别员工技能差距并制定绩效改进计划。Other HR-related Responsibilities 其他人事相关职责:
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, providing assistance on workplace policies, benefits, and other employee concerns.

Requirements 要求:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
拥有至少人力资源管理、工商管理或相关领域的文凭或学士学位。 - At least 2-3 years of experience in HR and payroll functions.
至少有2-3年在人力资源和薪资管理方面的工作经验。 - Strong knowledge of local labor laws, statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN), and compliance.
熟悉当地劳动法、法定规定(如EPF、SOCSO、LHDN等)及合规要求。 - Excellent organizational and communication skills.
具备优秀的组织和沟通能力。 - Patient, flexible and perseverance with can-do attitude.
具备耐心、灵活、坚持不懈和积极的工作态度。 - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
精通Microsoft Office及人力资源管理软件系统。 - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
能够妥善处理机密和敏感信息。 - MUST proficiency with CHINESE and english (Due to we have China & Australia management Team) 必须精通中文和英语(与中国和澳大利亚管理团队沟通必备)
