Our client Swift Haulage Berhad is seeking a Senior Manager Warehouse Operation to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Lead operations: Guide the warehouse operations team, ensuring efficient and effective management of all warehouse activities.
  • Optimize processes: Streamline warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Implement technology: Introduce and integrate new technologies and systems to enhance warehouse operations.
  • Manage inventory: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate logistics: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and distribution operations.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experienced professional: Minimum 10 years of logistics and warehouse operations experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in port/Westport logistics operations or similar high-volume distribution environments is a plus.
  • Education background: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or any related field.
  • Language: Mandarin language proficiency is a must.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems, supply chain management, planning & budgeting, and operational excellence is required. Strong understanding of ISO and HSEQ standards with proven track record in ensuring compliance and continuous improvement are an added advantage.
  • Strong leader: You have a proven track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
  • Problem solver: You possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Excellent communicator: You have the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments.
  • Detail-oriented: You are meticulous in managing inventory and ensuring accuracy.
  • Adaptable: You can easily adapt to changing business needs and new technologies.
