Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives and driving business growth through strategic planning and client acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, managing a team, and collaborating with other departments to create effective sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze data to forecast trends, develop pricing models, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Sales Skills: Strong knowledge of sales strategies, client acquisition, and account management
  • Team Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring a sales team
  • Market Analysis: Proficiency in identifying market trends, opportunities, and building pricing strategies
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technology trends and the ability to adapt to a tech-centered product portfolio
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Additional: Prior experience in the consumer electronics or tech industry is an advantage
