Responsibilities

Information Security and Compliance

  • Lead and manage compliance initiatives across all business applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Conduct software compliance assessments for designated systems and coordinate remediation activities.
  • Implement and maintain the organization's information classification policy for IT documentation and data handling.
  • Oversee the management of third-party access control systems, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Policy Development and Management

  • Develop, review, and continuously enhance technology standards and policies in alignment with ISO27001 and other relevant frameworks.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive information classification framework for IT documentation and assets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive policy adoption and enforcement across departments.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on policy compliance metrics to management and governance committees.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

  • Foster effective communication and engagement with internal teams and external partners on policy standards, updates, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and external auditors, ensuring alignment with access control and compliance expectations.
  • Partner with internal and external audit teams to support and coordinate security and compliance assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT compliance, governance, or information security management.
  • In-depth knowledge of PCI-DSS (strong advantage) and ISO27001 frameworks and implementation is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in software compliance management, third-party access control, and vendor oversight.
  • Proven ability to innovate and develop new frameworks and policies from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to drive change and influence cross-functional teams.
