Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact point for customer inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and product solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product functionality and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure products and systems align with customer specifications.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and support order closure.
  • Propose product improvements or new solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Create conceptual designs, 3D models, and 2D drawings using CAD and simulation tools.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in sales, marketing, or semiconductor manufacturing/testing is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or DraftSight.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to collaborate effectively across teams.
