- 签证前沟通:在客户签证面试前与客户联系,确认面试时间和地点,熟悉材料清单,核对文件,并进行面签注意事项的简要指导。
Pre-interview Communication: Contact clients before the visa interview to confirm appointment time and location, review document checklist, and provide basic interview guidance. - 现场陪同与引导:按时抵达使领馆或签证中心与客户汇合,全程陪同,引导客户完成安检、取号、排队等流程,提供现场支持。
On-site Assistance and Guidance: Arrive punctually at the embassy or visa center, accompany clients throughout the process, and assist with security checks, ticket collection, and queuing. - 材料复核与咨询:在面签前协助客户做最终文件复核,确保材料齐全、整齐有序,并解答客户的现场问题。
Document Review and Assistance: Help clients conduct a final review of documents before the interview, ensuring completeness and organization, while answering any immediate questions. - 客户安抚与形象维护:安抚客户紧张情绪,保持专业、得体的仪态。
Client Support and Professional Conduct: Ease clients' anxiety and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. - 现场反馈:面签结束后,及时向公司反馈面签过程中的现场情况与客户反馈。
Reporting: Provide timely feedback to the company regarding the interview experience and any client comments.
- 熟练掌握 中文与英文(口语与书面表达);
Proficient in both Chinese and English (spoken and written). - 形象端正,具备良好的沟通与服务意识;
Well-presented with strong communication and service orientation. - 守时、细心、责任感强;
Punctual, detail-oriented, and responsible. - 有签证中心、旅行社或出入境服务相关经验者优先。
Experience in visa centers, travel agencies, or immigration services preferred.
