Looking for candidates who are available to work:
- Able to start work immediately/ short notice when acceptable for job apply.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Business Administration or any related field of study.
- Candidates with at least 2-3 years experience in related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, especially dealing with regulatory and governing bodies.
- Knowledge of Licensing Processes and Regulation.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Be proactive, have good analytical skills, high EQ, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Willing to learn and take up new challenges.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus knowledge in file management and other office administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines with excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be able to follow instructions well and take initiative.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Contract reviews on matters related to tender as needed.
- Required to work overtime and outstation if needed.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Job Descriptions :
- Maintaining and monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in tender briefings/meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from tender briefings/meetings.
- Ensuring documentation for tenders is completed before deadlines.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Providing guidance, advice, and support to the company on maximizing licensing revenue.
- Monitoring, documenting, and reviewing license statuses to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Ensuring licensing records are well organized and documented.
- Ensuring that businesses/sites/projects operate with legal permission.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and that all documentation is properly maintained for each project.
Work Details:
- Location : Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30AM-5:30PM) Required to work overtime if needed.
- Salary : RM1,800.00
