  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong leadership trait with the ability to coach and train team.
  • Good leadership skill, proven track record in managing a team.
  • Knowledgeable and familiar with incoterm, liner term and fixture note/BIMCO.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, initiative, pro-active and able to communicate effectively with all levels internal and external parties.
  • IT exposure is required.
  • Able to work independence with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong analytical skill, negotiating skills, attention to details and is target oriented.
