Account Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Basic knowledge of GST and Autocount Accounting System.
- Accurately key in and update all accounting data in the UBS Accounting
System, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Handle all accounting and tax matters, ensuring timely submission to
auditors and tax authorities.
- Review and verify all entity expense reports and fund requests.
- Ensure all accounting procedures are followed and that professional filing
and documentation are maintained.
- Assist with HR and administrative tasks as required
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of accounting-related experience will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Female is preferred.
- Willing to work in the Bangsar area.
- Able to join immediately.
