HR Support Executive

impactful solutions. As we scale, we're looking for a dynamic HR Support Executive who thrives in a multi-functional role and is excited to shape the backbone of our people and operations strategy.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a role designed for a proactive, organized, and resourceful individual who can seamlessly support and execute across five key domains: Recruitment, Administration, Finance, HR Engagement, and Marketing. You'll be instrumental in building internal systems, nurturing talent, and amplifying our brand presence.
Talent Acquisition / Sourcing Expert
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Coordinate with Account Managers to define role requirements and timelines
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards
Administration & Office Operations
Oversee daily office operations including supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Support scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Assist in drafting internal communications and documentation
Finance Support
Assist in payroll processing, expense tracking, and invoice management
- Liaise with external accountants or finance consultants
- Help prepare basic financial reports and budget summaries
Monitor petty cash and procurement processes
HR Engagement & Culture
Organize team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and internal events
- Support performance review cycles and feedback mechanisms
- Champion employee engagement and retention strategies
Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Marketing & Employer Branding
Collaborate on social media content and campaigns to promote company culture
- Assist in creating recruitment marketing materials and job ads
- Support internal newsletters and branding assets
- Help manage the company's LinkedIn and other digital platforms
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in any field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and a collaborative mindset
