impactful solutions. As we scale, we're looking for a dynamic HR Support Executive who thrives in a multi-functional role and is excited to shape the backbone of our people and operations strategy.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a role designed for a proactive, organized, and resourceful individual who can seamlessly support and execute across five key domains: Recruitment, Administration, Finance, HR Engagement, and Marketing. You'll be instrumental in building internal systems, nurturing talent, and amplifying our brand presence.

  1. Talent Acquisition / Sourcing Expert

  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

  3. Build talent pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
  4. Coordinate with Account Managers to define role requirements and timelines
  5. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards

  6. Administration & Office Operations

  7. Oversee daily office operations including supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination

  8. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies
  9. Support scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  10. Assist in drafting internal communications and documentation

  11. Finance Support

  12. Assist in payroll processing, expense tracking, and invoice management

  13. Liaise with external accountants or finance consultants
  14. Help prepare basic financial reports and budget summaries
  15. Monitor petty cash and procurement processes

  16. HR Engagement & Culture

  17. Organize team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and internal events

  18. Support performance review cycles and feedback mechanisms
  19. Champion employee engagement and retention strategies
  20. Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture

  21. Marketing & Employer Branding

  22. Collaborate on social media content and campaigns to promote company culture

  23. Assist in creating recruitment marketing materials and job ads
  24. Support internal newsletters and branding assets
  25. Help manage the company's LinkedIn and other digital platforms

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in any field
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and a collaborative mindset
