Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Short Stay Executive to manage day-to-day operations of short-term rental units. The role includes guest communication, check-in/check-out coordination, unit upkeep, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest enquiries, bookings, check-ins and check-outs.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with guests via phone, WhatsApp, email or platform messaging.
  • Inspect units to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness.
  • Coordinate with cleaners, technicians, and contractors when needed.
  • Assist with guest issues, feedback, and service recovery.
  • Update booking platforms and reports as required.

Requirements

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Responsible, well-organised and able to work independently.
  • Able to work weekends or after hours when required.
  • Experience in hospitality or property management is an advantage.
