Key Responsibilities

Core Development

  • Design, implement, and maintain RAG pipelines that integrate vector databases, document embeddings, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Build and manage Agentic AI workflows capable of multi-step reasoning, task planning, and contextual awareness.
  • Develop and deploy AI microservices that connect with APIs, cloud storage, and knowledge repositories.
  • Implement prompt engineering strategies to enhance response quality, contextual consistency, and reasoning accuracy.
  • Conduct testing, training, and fine-tuning of prompt templates and model responses for various scenarios and user intents.
  • Optimize retrieval performance using embeddings, re-ranking, and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Collaborate with front-end and backend teams to embed AI logic into enterprise systems.

Data & Infrastructure

  • Set up and maintain data pipelines for AI knowledge ingestion (documents, PDFs, web data).
  • Manage vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack).
  • Use Docker or similar containerization tools to ensure consistency across environments.
  • Support AI deployment in AWS or Alibaba Cloud when scaling to production.

Testing & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop AI test frameworks to validate reasoning, accuracy, and ethical compliance.
  • Conduct A/B testing for prompt performance and retrieval flow optimization.
  • Measure model performance using precision, recall, latency, and response quality metrics.
  • Continuously improve contextual relevance and agent autonomy through retraining and reinforcement.

Collaboration & Research

  • Work with domain experts to tailor RAG pipelines for different industries (HR, ESG, Logistics, etc.).
  • Research and experiment with new LLMs and API endpoints, including AWS Bedrock and Alibaba Qwen.
  • Contribute to AI documentation, versioning, and reproducibility standards.
  • Share insights with the broader AI team to advance prompt tuning strategies and AI reasoning capabilities.
