What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

  • Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure efficient and effective financial processes
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues
