Full-Time Position – Financial Sales Executive (Bancassurance)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.45 AM – 5.45 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays for events or roadshows

About the Company:

A financial services provider focused on offering protection and savings products through in-branch customer engagement. The company supports clients in planning for financial security and long-term goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote a range of financial products to walk-in and existing bank customers
  • Provide tailored financial consultations based on customer needs
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet individual sales targets and performance benchmarks
  • Take part in structured training and development programs

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years' experience in sales, banking, or customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-driven and self-motivated
  • No record of bankruptcy or major debt

Education:

  • SPM with minimum 5 passes plus 3 years' sales experience, OR
  • Diploma (preferred), OR
  • Degree (advantage for senior roles)

Compensation & Career Progression:

  • Executive: RM 2,600 – RM 3,000 (basic)
  • Senior Executive (Trainee): RM 2,800 – RM 3,300 (basic)
  • Senior Executive: RM 2,800 – RM 10,000 (basic + incentives)
  • Clear pathway to leadership and management roles
