Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for marketing partners, addressing queries and providing ongoing support.
  • Onboard new marketing partners, including preparing agreements, setting up partner accounts in CRM, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for partners on products, CRM portal, and mobile apps.
  • Assist marketing partners with merchant submissions in the CRM system.
  • Track partner performance and calculate monthly sales commissions accurately; prepare reports for management and partners.
  • Update and maintain SOPs in line with compliance requirements.
  • Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with marketing partners to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the partnerships and marketing team.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
  2. Experience in fintech, payment gateways, or related industries is an advantage.
  3. Able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
