Major Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for closing of client's books.
  • Work with the team to perform accounts payable and accounts receivable, perform monthly account reconciliations and monitor general ledger transactions.
  • Timely import of sales invoices and assist in collection issues.
  • Timely book in of vendor invoices and ensure proper approval in place.
  • Tracking of expenses and ensure vendor billing are accurate for payment.
  • Perform monthly accrual and prepayment journals.
  • Responsible for Fixed Asset register and run depreciation.
  • Bank reconciliation for all client's books.
  • Coordinate with the respective clients or vendors on invoicing issues.
  • Checking and booking of staff claim.
  • Prepare month-end audit schedule.
  • Ensure all the supporting documents are in comply with internal control and policy.
  • Undertake any other jobs and duties may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum diploma in accountancy or equivalent and qualified certification.
  • Prefer two years of accounting firm experience, fresh grade are welcome to apply.
  • Experience working with XERO and other accounting software is preferable.
  • Proven track record of delivering objectives in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines and consistently high standards.
  • Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a great spirit of teamwork.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
