One of the top property companies in Malaysia is looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and strategise growth in the upcoming year.

Your new role

  • Lead the design and execution of forward-thinking sales and marketing strategies to enhance market visibility and accelerate business growth.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities through market research, feasibility analysis, and competitive benchmarking, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team to consistently meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and elevate the organization's presence across key market segments.
  • Drive organisational transformation by implementing systems and processes that support a shift from an SME mindset to a more structured, corporate approach.
  • Build and develop an internal sales force to reduce dependency on external property agents and improve direct sales capabilities.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of impactful advertising, promotional, and public relations campaigns aligned with strategic sales objectives.
  • Establish and enforce robust operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide continuous coaching, performance feedback, and career development support to team members.
  • Take on additional strategic responsibilities as delegated by senior leadership.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 15-20 years of relevant experience in the property sector, with a strong focus on property marketing & sales.
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing large teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in Malaysia's top 20 development companies or overseas developers
