Key Responsibilities:

  • Post-implementation Support
    : Deliver high-quality support for SAP SuccessFactors operations post-implementation, focusing on solutions for Japanese clients.
  • Issue Resolving and Enhancement
    : Analyze and resolve operational challenges while proposing system enhancements to optimize performance.
  • Leverage Expertise of HR Operation and System
    : Leverage expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a solid understanding of Japanese business operations.
  • Team Coordination
    : Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Has knowledge or hands-on experience with SaaS systems or HR systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Has knowledge or hands-on experience to conduct technical investigations and to resolve issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Has proficiencies in both Japanese and English languages (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:

  • Has interest in Japanese business culture and passion for working with Japanese organizations.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting SaaS systems or HR systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors) for Japanese companies.
  • Experience in HR operations or HR consulting (including HR system implementation and maintenance) is welcomed.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with international teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
