Job Overview:

As a
Project Manager
, you will be responsible for leading software development projects from initiation to successful delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure that projects align with business objectives and client expectations. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Job Description:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
• Establish clear project roles, responsibilities, and communication channels for all stakeholders.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, tracking milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues.
• Manage and resolve project conflicts, ensuring that team members remain focused and motivated.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress and any significant changes or decisions.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and allocate resources, including personnel, technology, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Manage and monitor resource utilization, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
• Coordinate with department heads and team leads to secure necessary resources and resolve any resource conflicts.
• Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular quality reviews, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Implement corrective actions as necessary to address quality issues.
• Ensure successful project delivery, including the handover of final deliverables and documentation.
• Conduct post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
• Provide project reports and documentation, including project summaries, financial reports, and stakeholder feedback.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company/Superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a adavantage.
• 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Tech.
• Experience with Project Management Tools & Methodologies (Jira-focused).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
