'CERGAS NOBLE MANUFACTURING SDN BHD' is seeking a talented Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Kuching, Sarawak. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content that supports our company's marketing and branding initiatives. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing business.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creative in generating creative fresh ideas on developing content plans and producing visually engaging high-quality content (posters/infographic/creative videos) for social media post such as on Tik-Tok, Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp that reflect our brand identity and values.
  • Stay current with social media trends and monitor industry developments to ensure content remains relevant and appealing that resonates with target audiences.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage the videos, posts, and stories across social media platforms to ensure consistent brand visibility.
  • Monitor and interact with followers to foster community loyalty and engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Work closely with marketing and operation teams to align content with promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal initiatives.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement rates over time.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to elevate the brand's digital presence.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by the management.

JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia or related field.
  • Experience in creating photo and video with creative thinking
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to deliver on schedule and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in computer-aided design and publishing tools including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
