Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics or freight forwarding, with hands-on experience in export full container shipments. You should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify new opportunities, and provide regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of operations and service delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of export full container shipments.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9, RM10,000.00 per month
