We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, enjoys helping people with tech issues, and wants real hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, networking and more.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide
    remote support
    to users (desktop, laptop, basic network).
  • Go onsite for
    simple break/fix tasks
    (hardware issues, replacements, troubleshooting).
  • Learn and support Windows, printers, software installs and common user issues.
  • Update tickets and document your work.
  • Work closely with our engineers and get on-the-job training.

Who We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year experience
    in IT support, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and PC troubleshooting.
  • Good attitude, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Friendly, responsible, and enjoys helping users.
  • Willing to go onsite when needed.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiar with any ticketing system
  • Interest in Microsoft 365, networking or security
  • Own transport
