CONSTRUCTION DIVISION (SITE BASED)

  • Supervise the execution of assigned MEP trades as directed by the M&E Manager, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards and project schedules by subcontractors.
  • Assist in reviewing shop drawings and method statements to understand scope and ensure correct site implementation.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure progress is on track and work is carried out safely and correctly.
  • Inspect workmanship and ensure all MEP installations comply with regulatory safety and quality standards.
  • Liaise with consultants subcontractors and vendors to resolve site issues and coordinate technical details.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports attend coordination meetings and track milestones.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant MEP experience for building construction projects
  • Data Center construction experience is a Plus.
  • Technical knowledge in ACMV, BMS, fire protection, plumbing, HV or ELV systems.
  • Familiar with local regulations, codes of practice and technical standards
  • Willing to be based at Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
