We're seeking an HR Admin Executive to handle a range of HR and administrative tasks. The role will involve recruiting, onboarding, office management, and HR administration
Job Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for a full spectrum of HR and administrative-related activities.
2. Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing and administration, which includes the generation of monthly payroll and statutory contributions, yearly EA Form, and filing of Form E.
3. Manage all statutory contributions and payments to KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF, etc.
4. Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
5. To monitor employees, leave and attendance, probationary employees, and conducting job appraisals for employment confirmation.
6. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
7. Coordinate new employee onboarding, including paperwork.
8. Prepare a letter about staff movement (employment, confirmation, resignation acceptance, etc)
9. Assist in the training and development programs. Ensure the grant submission, training nomination forms submission before training, and training evaluation forms submission after post-training.
10. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with employment standards.
11. Assist in other (ad hoc) duties and reporting as may be required by the superior from time to time.
Job Qualification:
- At least a Certificate/Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good written and verbal communication in English & Malay. Being able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Knowledgeable of the Employment Act, Labor Laws, and other related laws and regulations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
