We are a vibrant and innovative cafe specializing in Korean-Western fusion cuisine, and we are looking to hire passionate and skilled individuals to join our barista team We are hiring for Senior Barista/Junior Barista and a Cafe Manager roles. If you have a love for coffee, creativity, and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you We are only hiring local Malaysian (no visa sponsoring at the moment)

As a Senior Barista in our cafe, you will be responsible for overseeing the bar and from time to time develop menu items for the cafe. You will need to ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. You will play an essential role in maintaining smooth operations and upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Senior Barista Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Crafting high-quality espresso and coffee drinks to consistent standards
  • Setting the pace and tone of the bar, leading during busy shifts
  • Monitoring coffee quality and ensuring equipment is dialed in daily
  • Training and guiding junior baristas and new team members
  • Assisting with ordering, stock rotation, and general store upkeep
  • Taking initiative in improving workflow and service efficiency
  • Engaging customers with excellent hospitality and product knowledge
  • Knowledge of coffee roasting will be a plus

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of specialty coffee or high-volume café experience
  • Confident in dialing in espresso, milk texturing, latte art
  • Calm under pressure and great at multitasking
  • A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others
  • You bring good vibes and love creating a positive team culture

As a Junior Barista, you will work closely with both bar and hall team to ensure the smooth preparation of drinks. You will be trained and mentored by senior barista while helping in all aspects of drinks production. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to develop their barista skills and progress in the bar.

Junior Barista Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Assist the Senior Barista with drinks preparation
  • Ensure all ingredients and bar tools are ready for the day's service
  • Follow recipes and bar instructions to prepare dishes according to the cafe's standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Assist in stocking and inventory control
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of items to meet food safety standards
  • Help with the setup and breakdown of the bar area during opening and closing hours
  • Continuously learn and develop new techniques under the guidance of senior barista

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • at least 1 full year of specialty coffee experience
  • A fast learner with a great attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a team
  • You're curious about coffee and enjoy learning new thing
Cafe Manager
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver top-tier hospitality
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene
  • Ensure consistent product quality and service excellence
  • Assist in menu development, seasonal promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Handle staff scheduling, performance feedback, and team development
  • Monitor financial performance (sales, cost control, waste management)
  • Act as the face of the cafe, fostering a welcoming and memorable customer experience
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • 2–3 years of experience in cafe or F&B management (specialty coffee experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of inventory, costing, and staff scheduling
  • Passionate about customer service and team culture
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and hands-on approach
