Job Summary

The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for executing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing performance through data analysis, and ensuring alignment with the company's marketing and sales goals. This role focuses on daily campaign operations, performance tracking, creative testing, and conversion improvement to maximize advertising ROI and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Implement and manage online advertising campaigns based on established marketing strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics, adjust targeting and creatives, and ensure efficient ad spend.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track campaign data, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Identify insights and recommend improvements to increase ROI and conversion rates.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales, creative, and content teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Support creative development, landing page optimization, and message consistency.

Market Research & Competitive Insights

  • Research advertising trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Assist in testing new channels, platforms, and ad formats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Good understanding of lead generation, campaign performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
