Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on business goals.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and provide leadership

Job Specification:

  • Education: Preferably a minimum of SPM or above
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven sales experience in a similar role
  • Special Self-motivated and results-driven with a strategic mindset.
  • Skills: Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa. Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with our counterparts in China.
