What we are looking for in Membership Consultants

  • Is confident, approachable, and enjoys talking to people
  • Has a genuine interest in health and fitness (experience in the industry is a plus, but not a must)
  • Has sales or customer service experience—or a strong willingness to learn
  • Is proactive, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Can communicate effectively and build positive relationships with members
  • Excellent communication skills with a good command of English

What you will be doing everyday

  • Talking to potential members, understanding what they need, and recommending the best membership option
  • Giving tours of the gym and making sure visitors see what sets us apart
  • Following up with leads, answering questions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members
  • Being part of a close-knit team that's all about creating a great gym experience for everyone
  • Meeting sales goals
  • Servicing current members

Minimum Requirements :

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Speaks English fluently and confidently
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Smiles and willing to learn from feedback.

This job has a good salary base and great commission structure. Great opportunity awaits you as we have tremendous room for growth.

For superstars you can earn up to RM including commission) every month
