Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Development

  • Identify sales opportunities from government departments, GLCs, and public agencies.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, or special promotional packages to government agencies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Participate in tenders, quotations, or government eProcurement (ePerolehan) processes for marketing and sales purposes.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales within the government and public institution segments.

2. Government Relations

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with government officers, procurement divisions, and human resource departments for product marketing purposes.
  • Attend meetings, briefings, or networking sessions with government agencies.
  • Ensure all dealings with government bodies comply with official regulations and procedures.
  • Prepare periodic reports on visits and meetings conducted with government agencies.

3. Promotions & Corporate Activities

  • Plan and manage promotional programs, seminars, briefings, or special events for government sector clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Product) in preparing promotional materials and special government packages.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, official letters, and presentation materials for government prospects.

4. Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales progress and government promotional activities.
  • Update government client records (database) in the CRM system.
  • Monitor the status of quotations, tenders, and ongoing contracts.
