To support the accounting department by performing various administrative and clerical tasks, including recording transactions, managing invoices, and maintaining financial records
Key responsibilities
- Record and maintain financial data: Record daily transactions, update financial records, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable: Process invoices, issue purchase orders, generate bills, and create receipts for payments.
- Support with reconciliation: Reconcile financial records with bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with financial reporting: Help compile and prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks: Perform general office duties such as emailing, filing, and providing administrative support to the accounting team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
