Position Summary

This internship offers a valuable opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to gain practical experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. Interns will actively participate in various HR functions, including: Talent Acquisition & Management, Employee Relations & Engagement, Human Resources Administration, and Learning & Development. This internship will provide valuable exposure to the day-to-day operations of an HR department and the opportunity to develop key skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and administrative proficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Involved in various HR initiatives and programs, such as employee learning and development coordination, employee relations matters, employee communication, employee welfare, employee engagement programs, talent acquisition and staffing, and coordinating and executing the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Involved in the administration of Compensation and Benefits arrangements, including compiling employee benefit and compensation information.
  • Conducting HR audit exercises, checking data integrity to ensure reliable reporting.
  • Maintaining employee personal files, conducting HR documentation housekeeping, and participating in other HR-initiated initiatives.
  • Carrying out ad-hoc projects and duties as and when required.

  • Candidate must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated aptitude for working effectively with people, and a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Highly responsible and able to maintain a strict code of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Minyak.
