Clinical Scrub Technician

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as nursing and life science.

2. Strong Communication Skills: Possesses excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals, surgeons, and hospital staff.

3. Customer Focus: Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

4. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Zimmer Biomet's product portfolio and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

5. Ethical Standards: Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

6. Travel: Must be able to travel extensively if required, to meet customers and healthcare professional.

7. Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
