About the role

LCDA CTR TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuching, Sarawak. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting and financial management tasks, playing a crucial role in supporting the company's overall financial strategies and objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
  • Perform cost accounting and analysis, helping to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Provide support for month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and timely reporting
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures
  • Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or financial management role
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations
