Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to manage quotations for on-site repairs and purchases, tracking documentation and ensuring timely processing.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, documentation, and communication of operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow across the team.
- Report Management: Organize and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports from maintenance and electrical staff, ensuring timely submissions and proper record-keeping.
- Inventory Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and purchases, and assist with the monthly inventory count and procurement paperwork.
- Site and Cleanliness Checks: Conduct regular site inspections to maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety, documenting findings for record-keeping and further action.
- Internal Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for facility-related requests, submitting formal requests to headquarters and ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Task Documentation and Planning: Support weekly planning and tracking of administrative and operational tasks, helping the team meet deadlines and goals.
