JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Coffee Preparation:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in every cup by following established recipes and brewing techniques.

2. Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.

3. Workspace Maintenance:

  • Keep the coffee preparation area clean and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Regularly clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
  • Monitor and replenish coffee bean and milk supplies as needed.

4. Quality Control:

  • Ensure that all coffee beverages meet our quality standards.
  • Monitor the freshness of coffee beans and inform management when supplies need replenishing.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

6. Adherence to Health and Safety Guidelines:

  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines in the preparation and handling of food and beverages.

7. Menu Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the menu, including seasonal offerings and promotions.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
