About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing team. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategies, strengthening our brand presence, and driving customer growth across multiple channels.

Your Mission:

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Provide leadership to the marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure effective allocation of resources.

2. Branding & Communications

  • Lead branding, PR, and communications to strengthen brand equity and visibility.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and campaigns.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee digital, social media, and performance marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Leverage analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.

4. Market Insights & Growth

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer-centric growth strategies.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Support new product launches and ensure integrated marketing execution.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in senior marketing roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse marketing teams.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and brand management.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
