  • Manage fulfillment requests coordinate last-minute adjustments to align with supplier delivery schedules.
  • Execute PO-related tasks such as PO, stock transfers, and follow-ups on pending orders.
  • Coordinate with Business Development and supplier partners to resolve inbound troubleshooting and delivery issues.
  • Update and maintain SKU master data (barcode, cost, operational parameters) and ensure correct linkage of new SKUs to suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier non-delivery and inbound fulfillment performance; track quota utilization and report anomalies.
  • Perform PO chasing and send timely, professional reminders to suppliers on pending actions.
  • Produce regular operational reports and ad-hoc analyses to inform stakeholders and improve processes.
  • Work independently while escalating complex issues to relevant teams; support process improvements and SOP updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related discipline with 1 to 2 years of experience in logistic operational role or stakeholder management role
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change. Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
  • Good time management with the ability to work independent

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
