Job Description

  • Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Liaise with transportation companies to schedule and track deliveries.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies with shipments, inventory, or orders.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving performance.

Job Requirement

  • At least Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience 3 years in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices and warehouse procedures.
  • Familiarity with Autocount systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Must be able to speak and read Mandarin. Mandarin is required as candidates will need to liaise with China dealers.
  • Forklift certification and experience (preferred).
