Job Summary:
The Admin Cum Human Resources Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting both administrative and human resources functions within the organization. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including office management, employee onboarding, HR record-keeping, and general administrative support. The individual in this role must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.
Greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, emails, and forms of communication.
Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
Draft and prepare official correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs [PBT liaising, Cuckoo Service, Cleaner]
Support other department and staff members with administrative tasks as needed
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Assist in benefits administration and support employees with HR-related queries.
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing queries and concerns.
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
Participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned by supervisors.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes in employment legislation.
Requirements:
Min 1 year proven experience in administrative and/or human resources roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent in English communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications and familiarity with any HR System is a plus.
Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
