Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing / Procurement:

  • Source and procure raw materials, components, and services required by the company.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish long-term relationships.
  • Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate procurement records, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to prevent shortages.
  • Ensure procurement complies with company policies, budgets, HALAL and quality standards.

Quality Control (QC):

  • Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks during production processes.
  • Identify defects, report non-conformance issues, and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers or production teams.
  • Maintain accurate QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality records.
  • Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to improve product quality and supplier performance.

Working hours

Mon - Friday -7.30am -4.30pm

Saturday 7.30am -12.30pm
