Job Summary :-

The Manager – IT Product works closely with all internal teams such as development, engineering, architecture, QA, and operations. He / She should ensure that the requirements are clearly understood by all the teams and that the implementation roadmap matches the requirements.

Job Responsibilities :-

  • Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
  • Understand client's needs, gather requirements and work closely with the sales and IT development team.
  • Manage change requests and issues, track, test, and deliver to clients within timeline.
  • Manage and execute EMV payment certification tests on software applications.
  • Assist in all kinds of troubleshooting and testing.
  • Prepare periodical project status reporting for management updates and daily tracking.
  • Exercising required controls and proposing improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills in working with people and teams in a flexible, collaborative and resourceful manner with the ability to influence, to achieve project objectives.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements :-

  • The candidate must possess with minimum eight (8) years of related experience and knowledge in IT technologies, product management, business analysis, or system development.
  • Candidate with at least three (3) years of work experience in the payment industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good relationship management and able to work with all levels of people.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and good time management.
  • Working location: Bandar Sunway, Selangor.

Education Requirements :-

  • Candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any other equivalent qualifications.
  • Project management certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP is a plus.
