We are seeking a
Compliance Manager
to join a global asset management firm and oversee compliance activities for its Malaysia entity. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the compliance framework for the Malaysia entity in line with local regulations and global standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulators and ensure timely submission of regulatory filings.
  • Monitor and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Provide advisory support to business teams on regulatory developments and compliance matters.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring, and training to promote a strong compliance culture.
  • Collaborate with global compliance teams to align regional practices with corporate standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of compliance experience within asset management or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian regulatory requirements and familiarity with global compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
