After Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proposes upgrade /service module / solution to existing client
  2. Carries out after-sales activities (face to face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre-established Individuals Business Plan or project
  3. Receiving and making after sales calls for guarantee or warranty callouts
  4. Strengthens relationship with existing accounts
  5. Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports

What We're Looking For

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in direct B2B sale, preferably within the Semiconductor, industrial automation or manufacturing industry
  2. Able to communicate at all level & willing to travel
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to efficiently handle customer issues
  5. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
