DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Mobile App Management
- Oversee day-to-day management of the mobile app, ensuring content, functionality, and user experience are continuously improved.
- Monitor app performance metrics, including downloads, active users, retention rates, and engagement levels. Prepare monthly reports with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the app developer and internal teams to plan feature enhancements and resolve technical or usability issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote app downloads, registrations, and referral usage among patients and partners.
- Create and manage content for the app (news, promotions, events, rewards), ensuring alignment with the group's marketing goals.
- Track campaign ROI and user engagement through dashboards or analytics tools, recommending actions for improvement.
Group Social Media & Digital Presence
- Manage Aurelius Healthcare (Group) 's social media accounts, including content planning, posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
- Produce and analyse monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and propose optimisations.
- Collaborate with hospital marketing teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and content quality across all group channels.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement, utilising both paid and organic strategies.
- Monitor trends, algorithms, and competitor performance to maintain digital leadership and relevance.
Website & Data Insights
- Support website updates and ensure information is consistent with the app and social media campaigns.
- Analyse website analytics (traffic, bounce rates, user flow) to identify areas for improvement and propose optimisations.
- Maintain a centralised reporting dashboard consolidating data from the app, social media, and website for management reporting.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and data analytics, preferably in healthcare, retail, or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrable experience in managing mobile apps, loyalty platforms, or digital engagement systems.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Insghts, App Store analytics, or other data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to craft compelling content for various digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, reporting metrics, and paid ad performance.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
- Passion for data-driven marketing and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, mobile app engagement strategies, and social media analytics.
