We're looking for L2 resource to be based in Malaysia with the skillset below.
Below is my technical requirement.
- Candidate who successfully managed PPDM (Dell PowerProtect Data Manager ) backup environment in the past 3 years Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM). This is a hard requirement
- Familiar with Dell PowerProtect Data Domain appliance especially in daily operations and management. This is a very advantageous point.
- Familiar with TCP/IP networking and able to troubleshoot network issues from application level and OS level (Take note that this is not a requirement for a Cisco engineer).
- Understand and able to manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes backup and recovery in PPDM is a big plus point.
- Candidates with experience in the banking industry is advantegous.
- Need candidate to be flexible in working hours as some small amount work will happen on nights/weekends/public holidays.
