Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor , Production Manager

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient material handling, accurate inventory control, and timely delivery to production and customers. This role works closely with warehouse, production and supply chain teams to support smooth operations while maintaining safety, quality, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipment activities.
• Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently according to standard.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material supply and dispatch.
• Ensure warehouse layout, cleanliness, and safety are maintained according to 5S standards.
• Prepare and maintain necessary reports related to warehouse performance and inventory movement.
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory and warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Fresh graduates with a logistics and supply chain management are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead a small team.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken) will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse safety, and material handling processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
